These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms and Conditions") apply to HBOS Australia Pty Ltd ACN 070 002 587 ("HBOSA") and to each related body corporate of HBOSA. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a related body corporate of HBOSA includes, but is not limited to:

The term "related body corporate" has the same meaning as given in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
